Regulatory Measures on CSA Standards Involving Patent are formulated by China Solid State Alliance- Standardization Committee (CSAS) according to some national regulations and management methods related to CSAS. The purpose is to appropriately deal with the issues CSA standards which involve patents, to regulate the management of CSA standards, to encourage innovation, to promote the rational adoption of new technologies by CSA standards, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the stakeholders, patentness and relevant right holders, and to ensure the effective implementation of national standards.
